Lewisham District e-mail address inclusion permission form.

Please fill in this form if you wish your e-mail address to be included in the list of members (of the Lewisham District of The Kent County Association of Change Ringers) who have e-mail, known as "Ringers with e-mail addresses" on the web site"http://www.callnetuk.com/home/jameshardy/lewishamdistrictnews.htm".

Conditions:

The information on the web-site will be restricted to name and e-mail address; no telephone numbers or postal addresses or any other details shall be included (except for position in the association if you are an officer of the K.C.A.C.R. or position in your home tower i.e. captain, ringing master, secretary etc.) Whilst the purpose of this list is make e-mail addresses available to other ringers within the Lewisham District for ringing related purposes, it must be noted that this site could be read by anyone. I (web master) cannot take responsibility for any resultant "junk-mail" etc.
